Nexon Reports 14M Copies Sold of ARC Raiders, Achieves Record Q4 and Full-Year Revenue with 25% Year-Over-Year Growth

Nexon Reports Record Financials for Q4 2025

Nexon has announced its fourth-quarter financial results for 2025, highlighting a remarkable achievement marked by “record-high Q4 and full-year revenue.”This surge in financial success can be attributed, in large part, to the impressive sales performance of ARC Raiders, the latest extraction shooter developed by its subsidiary, Embark Studios. Launched in October 2025, the game has sold an impressive 14 million copies.

This latest sales milestone follows the news that ARC Raiders topped the sales charts on popular platforms including Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation for three straight months. Notably, this means the game has gained nearly 2 million copies in sales over the past month alone, following a confirmation in January of 12.4 million units sold.

While the success of ARC Raiders is a key component driving Nexon’s 25% year-on-year (YoY) revenue increase, it is not the only factor contributing to these impressive financial results; ARC Raiders is undeniably a significant player in this narrative.

Other Notable Contributions

In addition to ARC Raiders, the enduring popularity of the MapleStory franchise has played a crucial role in propelling growth. The recent launch of MapleStory: Idle RPG has greatly contributed to the company’s revenue, maintaining its position as the top game in app stores for over 10 weeks.

Furthermore, The Finals, another title from Embark Studios, has also contributed positively to the company’s financial performance. While ARC Raiders garnered the spotlight, revenue from The Finals has shown considerable growth, particularly driven by the impactful Season 9 update released in December.

Looking Towards the Future

Nexon is not resting on its laurels. The company is currently developing eight new games, showcasing a diverse portfolio that includes both original intellectual properties (IPs) and sequels to established franchises such as Dungeons and Fighters, Mabinogi: Heroes, and Durango.

  • Azur Promilia – A new fantasy RPG IP published by Nexon.
  • Project DX – An MMORPG inspired by the Durango universe.
  • Project RX – An anime-style game introduced as a new IP.
  • Nakwon: Last Paradise – An extraction survival title, also a new IP.
  • Woochi: The Wayfarer – An action-adventure new IP.
  • Dungeon & Fighter: Arad – A new entry into the Dungeon & Fighter franchise, featuring an open-world action RPG design.
  • Project Overkill – Another Dungeon & Fighter game, focusing on 3D action RPG elements.

Interestingly, there is no mention of the rumored StarCraft project said to be in development at Nexon. This absence of information is unsurprising, as details regarding StarCraft are widely anticipated to be unveiled during BlizzCon 2026. Revealing such a significant development in a financial report would likely dilute the excitement surrounding the announcement.
