In the immersive world of Crimson Desert, players can chase lucrative early-game bounties, one of the most notorious being Blix, a Goblin criminal notorious for his antics around Hernand. Capturing him should be a priority following the discovery of his wanted poster.
However, there’s a catch: to receive the full bounty, which is notably rewarding, you must deliver Blix alive. Accomplishing this can be quite challenging.
Finding Blix: Your Bounty Location Guide
The bounty on Blix is set at 15 silver, a reward you can see posted at the board located in Muckroot Ranch just outside Hernand. His last known location is near Unicorn Cliff.
It’s essential to note that capturing Blix alive is crucial to receive the complete payment; otherwise, if he is harmed during the encounter—whether through direct combat or even unarmed strikes—his demise will lead to a diminished payout. Unlike more passive targets, such as Bianca, Blix will engage you immediately upon sight.
The key to securing the full bounty is stealth. As you approach Blix’s icon on the map, you might encounter a group of Hornsplitter’s guards hanging around the cliff area. Feel free to dispatch them as necessary, but don’t be surprised if Blix is not present at the cliff’s base.
If Blix isn’t around, head north towards the locations marked Nas River and Unicorn Cliff on your map. He frequently traverses between these areas, often accompanied by a gang of Goblins.
To effectively approach Blix, sneak up from behind. While his Goblin companions will likely stroll forward, Blix tends to linger near some captured miners, who won’t attack you. Get close to Blix until the “tackle” prompt appears on your screen. Press the designated button to slam him down, then proceed to punch him lightly until you see the option to “tie up.”
As previously mentioned, capturing bounties non-lethally requires stealth. Tackle them effectively by following the prompts, then subdue them until you get the option to “tie up, ” allowing you to safely take them in.
Once you have Blix restrained, call your horse and make your way back to the lock-up at Hernand to claim your reward. Enjoy your success!
