According to the latest results of its monthly Hardware and Software Survey, Valve states that even among Steam users, there has been a slight decrease in the number of customers using Windows 11.

Every month, Valve selects a certain number of Steam users at random and invites them to take part in an anonymous survey. The collected data represents an average across the platform and assists developers in determining where to focus their efforts and resources to reach the largest number of customers.
