Locating Rivalite in The Forge: A Comprehensive Guide

In the expansive world of The Forge, Rivalite serves as a crucial resource during the mid-to-late game. This valuable material is essential for crafting some of the most coveted equipment, enabling players to tackle formidable adversaries and harvest the rarest resources.

Unfortunately, even with its significance, Rivalite can be challenging to acquire. Players must have progressed to the mid-game and possess a minimum base mining power of 78 to successfully locate this precious ore.

Below, you’ll find detailed information on where to discover Rivalite in The Forge, along with tips for effective mining strategies. Additionally, if you’re in need of a little luck to enhance your mining efforts, you may also want to consider obtaining a Luck Totem by using specific codes within the game.

Discovering Rivalite in The Forge

Rivalite, classified as an Epic rarity ore, can primarily be extracted from Basalt Veins and Volcanic Rock situated in the Forgotten Kingdom area.

Here’s a quick overview of Rivalite’s key attributes:

  • Rarity: Epic
  • Base Mining Chance: 1 in 569
  • Forging Multiplier: 3.33x
  • Trait: Enhances Critical Hit Chance on forged weapons

The optimal location for mining Rivalite is the Volcanic Depths, part of the Ruined Cave; this area is easily accessible through the main entrance. After entering, follow the right-side path marked by a “Danger” sign visible from the cave entrance.

Upon reaching the Volcanic Depths, head right towards a Miner selling the Magma Pickaxe; here you’ll find two Basalt Veins flanking the entrance. This area is particularly popular among players due to the possibility of mining both veins at once, though additional veins can be found deeper within the caves.

To mine Basalt Veins effectively, ensure your base mining strength is at least 78, which requires at least the Mythril Pickaxe. For extracting Volcanic Rock in this region, you’ll need a stronger base mining power of 100, attainable with the Lightite Pickaxe.
