To help Nurse May complete her quest and claim delightful rewards, you’ll need to venture to ten distinct locations scattered throughout the expansive Fisch map. Below you will find a comprehensive guide detailing where to find each missing vial.

Vial at Scoria Reach
Begin your search at the stunning Scoria Reach. Here, the vial awaits you atop a spire on the volcanic mountain located towards the back of the island. To reach it, jump and scale the mountain’s slope. The vial can be found on the spire closest to Ashbrook Town, with coordinates X: -5421.2, Y: 536.8, Z: -1531.9.
Vial in Lost Jungle
Your next stop is the enigmatic Lost Jungle. The vial is hidden beneath a giant mushroom, located just above where you acquire the Verdant Shear Rod. Seek coordinates -2902.5, 258.4, -2176.9 to discover this prized possession. It’s conveniently positioned above the Angler’s territory.
Vial at Grand Reef
Over in the Grand Reef, this vial is a straightforward find. Head towards the eastern pirate ship, where you’ll discover the vial sitting just beside the stern.
Vial on Forsaken Shores
On the Forsaken Shores, you’ll need to climb to the top of the mountain above a skull rock formation. The vial can be found next to a rope bridge, where the views are as rewarding as the find itself.
Vial in Roslit Bay
Next, make your way to Roslit Bay. The vial is tucked away at the Orc’s camp, situated around the back of the volcano at coordinates -1837.7, 165.5, 178.6. To navigate easily, head towards Glorp and take a left, hopping around until you spot a tent.
Vial at Castaway Cliffs
Overlook the wreckage of a pirate ship near the Firefly Rod on the Castaway Cliffs to find the vial at coordinates 483.2, 215.4, -1695.6.
Vial in Mushgrove Swamp
In Mushgrove Swamp, search near the rocky terrain at the back of the island for the vial, which is more easily accessed by boat. Locate it at coordinates 2841.5, 132.9, -961.8.
Vial on Ancient Isle
Your next destination is the Ancient Isle. Scale the mountain until you reach the waterfall. The vial is positioned on a set of suspended planks that extend from the mountain at coordinates 6045.2, 394.8, 587.2.
Vial on Snowcap Island
In the frosty reaches of Snowcap Island, look for the vial within the cave that also conceals a lost fishing rod from a previous quest. You’ll find it at coordinates 2879.8, 138, 2723.4. Access it by entering from the entrance at sea level, positioned to the left of the Shipwright.
Vial at Terrapin Island
Lastly, venture to Terrapin Island, where the vial rests hidden within an underwater cave. Navigate to the cultist and purple eye on a tree indicating the cave entrance nearby. Dive below to retrieve the vial from the depths.
