Dre stressed that the health scare served as a strong reminder of how fragile life can be.

“It definitely makes you appreciate being alive, that’s for sure. It’s something you can’t control, it just happens. During those two weeks, I had three strokes,”he explained.

Despite discussing the topic with his medical team, no definitive answers were provided regarding the uncertainty surrounding the prevention of such incidents.

Strokes occur when the flow of blood to a specific area of the brain is interrupted or reduced, preventing brain tissue from getting the necessary oxygen and nutrients. Within a matter of moments, brain cells begin to die.

Symptoms may include speech difficulties, paralysis, or numbness of the face, arm, or leg, particularly on one side of the body, as well as sudden disorientation or trouble with vision.

To prevent strokes, it is crucial to address critical risk factors such as maintaining a healthy blood pressure, controlling cholesterol levels, reducing blood sugar levels, consistently exercising, following a balanced diet, limiting alcohol intake, and avoiding smoking. By recognizing and managing these factors, the likelihood of experiencing a stroke can be significantly reduced.

In addition to revealing his health struggles, Dr. Dre also delved into his successful career and collaborations in the podcast. He reflected on his journey from a local artist to a global icon, placing special emphasis on the rapid success of N.W.A.

The podcast featuring Corden offered a unique perspective on the personal and professional life of Dr. Dre. It gave listeners and the public a deeper understanding of the challenges and accomplishments of one of the most influential figures in the music industry.

Throughout his journey, Dr. Dre conveys a powerful story about the unpredictability of one’s health and the importance of cherishing every moment.
