304-pound WWE Superstar teases potential new target on RAW

A muscular WWE Superstar is already setting their sights on a fresh opponent for the upcoming post-WrestleMania 40 episode of RAW.

Ever since becoming a solo competitor due to his tag team partner Erik’s neck injury, Ivar of The Viking Raiders has been causing chaos on the red brand. He was originally scheduled to go up against Andrade in a match on the March 25 episode of WWE RAW.

Despite not being medically cleared to compete, Ivar was determined to face Andrade. However, due to his condition, Andrade ended up battling with Imperium’s Giovanni Vinci instead. El Idolo emerged as the victor, but it appears that Ivar, who weighs 304 pounds, has now targeted him after being cleared to compete.

Ivar left a comment on the official Instagram post by WWE that featured Andrade’s victory against Vinci.

“👀,”he wrote.

On the most recent episode of the red brand, Ivar returned from an undisclosed injury. He went head-to-head against Ricochet in an intense and fast-paced showdown. Despite his best efforts to defeat The Highlight of the Night, Ivar was unable to come out on top. Ricochet ultimately secured the win by executing a 630° Senton and pinning Ivar.

At the same time, Andrade appears determined to become a part of The Judgment Day. He made a promise to support Dominik Mysterio in handling the Ricochet situation. However, Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest are displeased with “Dirty”Dom’s recent choices.

Andrade and Ivar set to collide on WWE SmackDown

This Friday on WWE SmackDown, the annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal will take place. With both Andrade and Ivar among the 20 participants announced, it is highly possible that they will encounter each other during the match.

As a super heavyweight, Ivar is considered a top contender to win the match, as his size makes it challenging for opponents to throw him over the top rope. Similar challenges can be faced by other bulky wrestlers like Bronson Reed, Otis, and Omos.

Bobby Lashley, who was last year’s recipient, continues the tradition of notable wrestlers who have claimed the esteemed award. Previous victors include Cesaro, Big Show, Baron Corbin, Mojo Rawley, Matt Hardy, Braun Strowman, Jey Uso, and Madcap Moss.

This year’s WrestleMania will mark the third consecutive year without the inclusion of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the main show. The last time the event was featured on the main show was in 2021.
