[WATCH] Seth Rollins makes a major Shield reference while confronting The Bloodline on WWE RAW
During the opening segment of the most recent episode of WWE RAW, Seth Rollins confronted The Bloodline.
Rollins, who previously belonged to The Shield, was a member of the faction alongside Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose (also known as Jon Moxley). During RAW, The Visionary made a reference to his past alliance, as seen during his entrance.
During Reigns’ speech, he and The Bloodline were unexpectedly interrupted by Rollins, who emerged from the audience in a manner reminiscent of The Shield. Michael Cole acknowledged the reference on commentary.

During their tenure with The Shield, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns were victorious in capturing the WWE Tag Team Championships, while at the same time, Dean Ambrose held the United States Championship.
In 2014, Rollins turned on The Shield by striking Reigns in the back with a steel chair and attacking Ambrose. He later aligned himself with The Authority and went on to become the WWE Champion.
In 2024, we can expect to see Seth Rollins and Reigns come face to face in the main event of Night 1 of WrestleMania. Rollins will join forces with Cody Rhodes to take on Reigns and The Rock.
A win for The Bloodline would result in The American Nightmare having to compete for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship using the “Bloodline Rules.”
