Recently, FromSoftware surprised the Elden Ring Nightreign community by launching an event with the 1.01.3 update. This update features a formidable new boss: Gaping Jaw, the Everdark Sovereign. Players should prepare for a challenging encounter, as this adversary promises no mercy.
The battle introduces a challenging new phase that will test players’ resilience against Gaping Jaw’s fierce attacks. However, those who manage to prevail will be rewarded! The Collector Signboard will be accessible to triumph over this dragon-like entity, offering a variety of goods for a unique currency separate from Murk.
This guide will provide comprehensive details about what you can acquire from this fresh shop and the various uses for your Sovereign Sigils.
A Catalog of Goodies

Upon your first defeat of the Everdark Sovereign, you’ll receive 25 Sovereign Sigils to spend in the shop. While this may seem substantial, it may not be sufficient for your ongoing needs.
Remember, subsequent victories reward you with only 5 sigils each time. To find the shop, head northwest from the Roundtable Hold shoreline, just left of the main entrance, where the signboard is cleverly concealed. This shop is organized into three distinct categories:
Urns

The first category features 16 different urns, including the Soot-covered Urn and the Sealed Urn, tailored for each Nightfarer.Purchasing these urns allows you to utilize them at the relic rite altar to unlock various color combinations of relics for your character.
Each urn is priced at 4 Sovereign Sigils, which may appear steep; however, a new aesthetic and variety of relics could mean the difference between victory and defeat on your next run. Some relics complement each other exceptionally well but are color-bound, making it essential to acquire several.
Be advised, while some urns may present what seems to be repetitive color combinations, the order is unique. This allows for different bonus effects based on the arrangement of relics, revealing a niche yet vital enhancement to gameplay.
Relics

Players should first explore the exciting new relic: The Dark Night of the Baron, which is available for 12 sigils. This relic is equipped with several significant bonuses:
- Enhanced critical hits +1
- Augmented critical hit effectiveness
- Critical hits yield runes
This is especially useful for players who specialize in stance-breaking, such as Raiders or Wylders, as it maximizes damage output during critical hits. However, at a cost of 12 sigils, some may consider this investment relatively steep.
Additionally, you can find several new relics, each featuring three impressive bonuses. These purple rarity relics can be purchased for only 3 sigils, offering superb buffs that will enhance your gameplay, regardless of your chosen Nightfarer.
Expect to discover character-specific enhancements that boost damage and abilities, or more general relics that aid in accessing Evergaols or provide substantial starlight shards—perfect for players needing additional FP.
Lastly, for 5 sigils, you can obtain a Large Scenic Flatstone, guaranteeing a random relic equipped with three bonuses.
Costumes (Garbs)

This section is arguably the least engaging, allowing players to purchase outfits using the new currency, with the exception of remembrance skins.
Exercise caution when spending your initial sigils here, as upcoming Everdark bosses are likely to introduce new items to the shop.
In terms of currency conversion, acquiring a Dark Souls skin costs 5 sigils, translating to roughly 7, 500 Murk, or about 1, 500 each. Thus, focusing on farming the Everdark boss is more lucrative compared to conventional Nightlords when it comes to currency accumulation.
Shifting Earth Events

The next significant feature involves Shifting Earth Events. Historically difficult to manage, these events often depended on luck or coordination with other players.
Now, players can easily select which event they want to trigger. Simply choose the conjure option and designate the desired spawn from Crater, Mountaintop, Rotten Woods, or Noklateo. This process is quite affordable, costing only a single sigil for each change.
Moreover, these events persist beyond a single game, enabling players to replay a boss fight while utilizing perks such as the Anti-Dragon from the Mountaintop, allowing for additional sigil collection.
If you wish to conclude an event prematurely, you can either rest at the bed south of the journal or opt to activate a different event using your collected sigils.
Cosmetic Choices

Finally, the offerings available at the Signboard focus primarily on cosmetic enhancements that are purely aesthetic and do not impact gameplay.
First, if you’ve completed the Guardian Remembrance Quest, you can switch Brooches between the standard Witch’s Brooch and the Cracked Witch’s Brooch. Although visually distinct, both relics offer identical effects, making this change strictly a matter of personal style, costing 3 sigils per swap.
Additionally, you can restore the primary expedition chamber to its original vibrant state. After defeating sufficient bosses, players noticed the room becoming drab and covered in ash. This restoration option brings back color to the expedition chamber, costing 1 sigil, while the first restoration is complimentary.
