Sylvia can be found in the Shadow’s Whisper Cave, located in a small gully along the cliff face. Within the cave, you will discover not only the Alchemy Formula for Palmar Pills but also Sylvia’s magical workshop. Gaining access to her workshop allows you to embed the Abyss Gears you’ve collected from Sealed Abyss Artifact challenges throughout your journey.
