This week, Rockstar Games introduced an innovative digital platform, the Cfx Marketplace. Designed specifically for the modding community, this new storefront allows creators of FiveM and RedM to monetize their mods for the renowned modding frameworks associated with Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2. Notably, the acquisition of Cfx.re, the team responsible for developing FiveM and RedM, in August 2023 has set the stage for this ambitious venture.

Among the various offerings on the Cfx Marketplace is a server-side mod known as NaturalVision, which has garnered attention for its remarkable visual enhancements. The NaturalVision Graphics Pack enables server owners on FiveM to apply a stunning graphics overhaul that universally transforms elements such as weather, lighting, and ambient colors for all players, priced at $12.19 per month.

Additionally, the Marketplace suggests promising features for mods that could enhance single-player experiences of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2. Currently, these mods are unavailable, but the presence of dedicated filters indicates Rockstar and the Cfx team anticipate developers will introduce such content as the platform matures.

Worth noting, the most premium offering on the Cfx Marketplace is the MRPD/HOSPITAL/MECHANIC bundle, featuring comprehensive maps for prominent locations like the Mission Row Police Department and a hospital, priced at an impressive $201.29.
