Prajanchai PK Saenchai, a highly skilled striker from Thailand, is convinced that the result of his upcoming world title fight against Jonathan Di Bella will ultimately depend on which fighter makes the initial critical error.
The current ONE strawweight Muay Thai champion is set to compete for the kickboxing title in a champion versus champion match against Di Bella at ONE Friday Fights 58 on April 5 in Bangkok, Thailand. This highly anticipated bout will serve as the co-main event for the event taking place at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.
Prajanchai anticipates an entertaining and explosive match, in which both fighters have an equal chance of winning depending on their performance on fight night.
During an interview, he shared his thoughts with ONE Championship.
“This fight is gonna be entertaining and explosive. Let’s see who makes the first mistake.”
Prajanchai’s victory at ONE Friday Fights 58 will solidify his status as a two-sport ONE world champion, having already claimed the promotion’s undisputed strawweight Muay Thai world title in December. In a dominant performance, he secured a first-round knockout against former divisional champion Joseph Lasiri.
Jonathan Di Bella will once again defend his world title, marking his second time doing so. In October, he successfully defended his belt by defeating Australian-Thai challenger Danial Williams through a unanimous decision.
The 58th edition of Friday Fights will be broadcasted live on April 5 through a global pay-per-view platform at watch.onefc.com.
