“Latinos forever” – Rey Mysterio discusses the “hard decision” he made on his WrestleMania XL partner

WWE Superstar Rey Mysterio recently revealed his thought process behind the decision to include Dragon Lee in the Latino World Order.

WWE has discovered a gem in Lee. In the previous year, he claimed the NXT North American Championship by defeating Dominik Mysterio. Recently, he has encountered obstacles in the form of Santos Escobar and Legado Del Fantasma. During this week’s SmackDown, Rey issued a challenge to Escobar and Dominik for a tag team match at WrestleMania XL. The Master of the 619 later disclosed that his partner for the match would be none other than Dragon Lee.

WWE correspondent Kayla Braxton interviewed the Latino World Order on this week’s SmackDown LowDown. Mysterio expressed his excitement about the faction’s newest addition, Lee, and explained that it was a difficult decision for him. However, he remains optimistic about the future and believes that things will work out well.

“This is a very exciting moment for the group, for the LWO. It was a very hard decision for me to make on who would be my partner but everything just kinda comes out on the fly. Dragon Lee Credits Rey Mysterio for His Success in WWE

In the midst of their conversation, Dragon Lee expressed his appreciation to Rey Mysterio for allowing him to join the esteemed Latino World Order. He assured his childhood idol that he would not disappoint him. The 28-year-old wrestler considered the group to be his family and was determined to make them proud on the grand stage.
