This listing retains the game’s original Mature 17+ rating, attributed to its content that includes “Blood and Gore, Partial Nudity, Strong Language, and Violence.”

This action-adventure title, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment and directed by the renowned Hideo Kojima, first launched on PlayStation 5 in June 2025. The sequel revisits the open-world gameplay style of its predecessor, now set against the backdrop of Mexico and Australia. The narrative unfolds 11 months post the events of the original game, where players rejoin Sam Porter Bridges on his quest to connect fragmented civilizations.
