On the Map is an exclusive quest introduced in the Headwinds update for Arc Raiders. This quest revolves around the expansive Spaceport map and is assigned by the trader Lance, who requests players to navigate various locations across this intricate environment.

Completing this quest can consume a significant portion of a match due to the Spaceport’s vastness and the multiple locations that need to be visited. Fortunately, players are not required to finish the quest within a single round. Below, you will find a comprehensive guide to successfully navigating the On the Map quest in Arc Raiders.

Navigating the On the Map Quest in Arc Raiders

Upon accepting the quest, players will receive three Defibrillators; this can be especially helpful if you’re playing in Duos or Trios. A specialized loadout isn’t mandatory for this quest, so a free kit should suffice. However, be mindful that free kits do not provide Adrenaline Shots, which can be crucial for survival on such a large battleground.

To kick off your journey, head towards the Fuel Lines to accomplish your first objective. There are several spots within this area where you can complete the task. If you’re unsure, simply move to the spot directly beneath the label “Fuel Lines”on the map. Here, you will have the option to triangulate your position, marking the successful completion of the first step.

Next, navigate towards the Fuel Control building, and locate the electrical transmission tower to its left. Position yourself beneath the tower to trigger the prompt, allowing you to triangulate your position again before moving on to the next destination.

The third location is near the Container Storage area, specifically on the northeastern side. Look for a patch of cacti; as indicated in your objective, once you’re there, you will find the interact button to complete the task.

Following this, make your way inside the Container Storage. Climb to the roof using the zipline—a crucial step, as other players may be lying in wait there. Once at the top, you will encounter the final prompt necessary for the quest.

After completing all triangulation tasks, ride the zipline back down to the main area of Container Storage. Your final action is to spray a container, marked by the gear icon on your map. Once this step is wrapped up, you can extract safely via the nearby elevator and return to Esperanza.
