The quest titled “Ghost Town”becomes available after completing the “Playing for Time”mission at the beginning of Act 2. In this mission, players encounter Johnny Silverhand’s former lover, Rogue Amendiares, at the Afterlife. She will direct V to meet Panam Palmer. Although their initial meeting is rocky, a supportive gesture from V can change the dynamic. To progress, V simply needs to converse with Panam and agree to accompany her to Rocky Ridge, where she intends to reclaim her car from the Raffen.

Upon waking at the Sunset Motel, players will proceed to the garage to initiate the “Lightning Breaks”mission. Here, V will engage in tasks involving the Kang Tao AV and rescue Anders Hellman. Open dialogue does not significantly impact their relationship, but staying close to Panam and adhering to her instructions will seamlessly transition into the next mission—”Life During Wartime.”

Following Cyberpunk 2077’s Update 2.1, players can unlock the mission “I Really Want To Stay At Your House”after successfully romancing a character V lives with. This allows players to connect with Panam through messages, inviting her over to any of V’s apartments (excluding Dogtown).
