The meter begins to fill with green, and once players reach specific thresholds, they can return to the Altar of Legacy in Fury Green to claim their rewards. Below are the thresholds and corresponding prizes, including one essential reward needed for game completion:

There are three primary methods for players to collect Green Energy Crystals:
1. Crystals in Sol Valley
Across the Sol Valley, players will encounter numerous green crystal formations. These can be broken to yield Green Energy Crystals, either by using Missiles or striking them with Vi-O-La. Making a habit of targeting these formations while traversing Sol Valley can yield significant rewards.
2. Gibardaum Rocks in Sol Valley

These Gibardaum Rocks can be destroyed using the Psychic Power Bomb, which becomes available upon retrieving the fifth Master Teleporter Key.
