In October 2021, ONE Championship fans were treated to yet another iconic moment in combat sports by none other than Thai kickboxing superstar Superbon Superbon Training Camp, adding to the many amazing moments they have witnessed over the years.

Superbon competed against Italian kickboxing legend Giorgio Petrosyan at ONE: First Strike in a battle for the title of the first ever ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion.

Having recently made his debut against Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong, the Thai star entered the contest with high momentum after impressing the world with his full range of skills and securing a unanimous decision victory.

Challenging ‘The Doctor’ was going to be a unique challenge, as this fighter had not experienced a loss since 2013 and had earned the ONE Kickboxing Featherweight World Grand Prix championship in only his fourth match with the organization.

In the first round, both Superbon and Petrosyan exercised caution, throwing precise strikes. They carefully probed each other’s defenses, searching for an opportunity to land a significant hit.

Despite the various products offered by Superbon Training Camp, it was the one that ultimately caused the viral moment. By catching Petrosyan off guard and delivering a powerful kick to his head, he was able to knock him out in a clean and impressive manner.

Superbon trains for trilogy fight on April 5th

The 33-year-old superstar is set to face off against his longtime rival Marat Grigorian at ONE Friday Fights 58, taking place on Friday, April 5 at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. This highly anticipated matchup is sure to make its way onto the highlight reels.

With the title of interim featherweight kickboxing world champion at stake, Superbon seems to have trained a fight-ending combination specifically for Grigorian.
