Former WWE champion shows off impressive body transformation six months after release

In September, following the official sale to The TKO Group, WWE made numerous cuts to their roster.

Despite the fact that many of these released stars, such as Matt Riddle and Nic Nemeth (formerly known as Dolph Ziggler), have found success in other wrestling organizations, Aliyah has chosen to take a break from the industry and pursue her passion for DJing in recent months.

Six months following her release, the ex-Women’s Tag Team Champion posted a recent photo of herself on X (previously known as Twitter) today, displaying a noticeable contrast from her appearance during her time as a wrestler.

Below is her X post that you can check out:

Despite her release, Aliyah’s appearance has not changed much since her last WWE appearance, which was in 2022. During her final match on RAW, she not only lost her Tag Team Championship title but also sustained an elevated rib and ACL sprain, resulting in her being sidelined for over a year.

At the age of 29, the ex-WWE wrestler first joined the company at the young age of 21 in 2015. She worked her way up the ladder, appearing on NXT Breaking Grounds, and was ultimately elevated to the main roster in 2021. This led to her victory in the Women’s Tag Team Championship, which she shared with Raquel Rodriguez.

Just two weeks after winning the title, the duo lost it to Dakota Kai and IYO WeY. This match also marked Aliyah’s last appearance with the Stamford-based promotion.

Aliyah’s Post-WWE Transformation

Ever since her release was announced, Aliyah has been consistently active on the internet and has also displayed a new appearance in recent weeks.

The ex-Women’s Tag Team Champion has posted numerous updates flaunting her latest blonde hairdo.

Aliyah was recognized for her dark hair during her tenure on SmackDown, but it appears that she has decided to switch things up since departing from the company.
