Navigating this transformed environment is risky, as players may encounter perilous gaps that could lead to untimely deaths if not cautious. How to Acquire the Favor of the Great Hollow in Elden Ring: Nightreign

Upon starting the game, players should first interact with the Iron Menial and then approach the Small Jar Merchant, who will direct attention toward an ominous door. Engage with this door to initiate a battle with the Dreglord. Winning or losing this encounter is inconsequential, as there are no rewards tied to it. After the battle, converse with both DLC characters to unlock them, activating the Great Hollow Shifting Earth Event in the process.

It’s crucial to understand that the Great Hollow will only manifest when a player loads a downloadable content target such as the Balancers or the Dreglord. Once players enter the map, they will notice dramatic changes, requiring some adaptation in navigation strategy to reach level 15 by the end of Day 2.

To harness the power from the Shifting Earth, players need to scavenge the map to locate blue crystals.These crystals can be resonated with, leading to their destruction. Destroying any crystal contributes to cracking the significant central crystal on the map. Each expedition can yield various spawn points for these crystals.

For solo players, breaking three crystals suffices, while duos and trios need to eliminate four.

After resonating with the required number of crystals, you will witness the Great Crystal shatter completely. This event marks the time to approach its site, identified on the map.Two crystal pathways will lead you to the epicenter of the shattered crystal, where players can drop down to collect the Favor of the Great Hollow. The crystal curse can be found in the northwest and southeast areas of the map, where two towers and surrounding buildings sit.
