Despite lacking a singular, expansive world to traverse without interruptions, Avowed compensates for this with rich content. The game consists of four distinct regions, each functioning as its own “open zone, ”teeming with activities and narrative depth.

Players can engage with a variety of optional tasks alongside a comprehensive main storyline. From formidable bounties to hidden caves and intricate dungeons, each region is designed with exploration and combat in mind.
