Once you arrive at the Cultural Archives, look for a distinctive blue cross within a circle on your map. Nearby, you will find several boxes covered with a tarp. It’s essential to search these boxes thoroughly.

Upon investigating the tarped boxes, you will successfully retrieve a Stack of Movie Tapes. Ensure that you store these tapes safely in your Safe Pocket for later use.

Acquiring a Portable TV for the Movie Night Quest

After securing the Old Movie Tapes, your next challenge is to find the Portable TV.
