The recent initiative of bundling CPUs with RAM aims to make PC builds more affordable, although currently, this offering appears limited to the Chinese market.
AMD, Cooler Master, and V-Color Collaborate to Launch a Unique Hardware Bundle
While hardware bundles are prevalent, the latest offering from AMD is a notable exception. Many retailers typically sell different components separately, each packaged in their original boxes. However, a recent launch event by Cooler Master showcased a unique collaboration involving AMD, Cooler Master, and V-Color. This pack was highlighted by the tech enthusiast account @unikoshardware on Bilibili.
The featured package prominently displays a combination of components: AMD’s potent Ryzen 7 9850X3D CPU, Cooler Master’s advanced HYPER 612 APEX Pro air cooler, and V-Color’s innovative Manta OLED XFinity+ DDR5 RAM, initially launched the previous year.

The Ryzen 7 9850X3D is identified as AMD’s fastest Zen 5 gaming processor, set for its official release on January 29. Early benchmarks have made their way to the community, as some users received the CPU before the review embargo lifted. The processor is priced at $499, while V-Color’s Manta OLED 32GB DDR5 RAM has been introduced at around $200, depending on the speed and configuration options available. This RAM kit features an OLED display on its heatsink and can be obtained in capacities reaching up to 96GB.
Currently, the 32GB kit with a speed of 6000 MT/s is listed for $379 on Newegg. Assuming a price point of approximately $100 for the cooler (with the standard APEX model priced around $79), the cumulative cost of the components would range from $979 to $1, 000. However, purchasing this bundle is anticipated to offer some cost savings, potentially pushing the total price below $950.
