“You fight like you got rabies” – Liam Harrison flaunts collection of highlight KOs ahead of impending return to action

During a conversation with Liam Harrison, a well-known podcaster and commentator in the world of MMA, Joe Rogan once remarked that his fighting style resembled someone with rabies. Now, as he prepares for his highly awaited comeback to ONE Championship later this year, the ‘Hitman’ is determined to bring that same intense energy to the ring.

“More Ridiculous Rabies Shenanigans coming to a screen near you very soon,”Harrison wrote on Instagram.

Nearly two years have passed since Liam Harrison’s last appearance in the Circle, where he competed for the ONE world title against renowned Thai fighter and former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nong-O Hama at ONE on Prime Video 1. In a matter of minutes, Nong-O unleashed a brutal leg kick that caused Harrison to collapse and be unable to continue, resulting in a defeat by knockout.

Five months after the surgery, Harrison has been working hard to make his way back.

Despite no official announcements being made, Harrison has confirmed that he has officially signed on to fight in the first of two highly anticipated return matches.

“Contract signed for the first of 2 big fights,”he wrote on X.

Liam Harrison’s Impact on ONE Championship Fans

In his first promotional appearance in 2018, the renowned Muay Thai world champion quickly gained the admiration of audiences for his fearless fighting approach that resulted in an unforgettable bout, despite not emerging as the victor.

Despite facing two consecutive losses upon joining ONE Championship, Harrison’s fortunes took a turn for the better at ONE: A New Tomorrow, where he delivered an impressive finish against Mohammed Bin Mahmoud. He then continued his winning streak with a remarkable comeback at ONE 156, where he overcame being knocked down twice to secure a TKO victory against ‘Elbow Zombie’ Muangthai PK Saenchai, making it one of the greatest comebacks in Muay Thai history for the ‘Hitman’.
