Xbox Partner Preview by Microsoft: 25 Minutes of Trailers Goes Live This Thursday

As anticipated by several sources, Microsoft is set to unveil a new Xbox Partner Preview event later this week. The event is being promoted as a “no-fluff, all-games broadcast,”showcasing fresh trailers from various Xbox partners, including Remedy Entertainment, Sega, and 505 Games. This marks the second Partner Preview for the year, following the initial one that took place in March.

The October edition of the Xbox Partner Preview is scheduled to commence on October 17 at 10 AM Pacific / 1 PM Eastern / 6 PM UK time. Viewers can catch the 25-minute broadcast live on Xbox’s YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms.

According to Microsoft, attendees can look forward to “new game reveals, release date announcements, and exclusive gameplay from upcoming titles.”Additionally, the Xbox Wire blog will roll out behind-the-scenes details throughout the event. For those unable to tune in live, a comprehensive recap will be published shortly after the broadcast concludes.

What can fans expect from this exciting broadcast? Here are some highlights:

The Xbox Partner Preview will showcase gameplay from Alan Wake II’s upcoming expansion, The Lake House, the debut trailer for Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, a glimpse at various bosses in the dark-fantasy action title Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, along with several world premieres and other exciting games arriving on Xbox consoles, Windows PC, and Game Pass.

Remedy previously showcased Alan Wake II’s The Lake House expansion during Sony’s State of Play event in September, and now it’s Xbox’s turn to present it. This event will finally reveal the gameplay associated with the expansion. Furthermore, attendees can expect a sneak peek at the newly announced Like A Dragon spin-off, titled Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. The upcoming souls-like title, WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, published by 505 Games, will also unveil a gripping trailer highlighting some of the formidable bosses players will encounter.

As it is a Partner Preview, I do not anticipate any announcements from Xbox Game Studios to be included.
