WWE confirms location for international premium live event in June 2024
WWE has recently disclosed the destination for a significant global premium live event set to take place in June 2024.
The Stamford-based organization plans to revive the Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event, with the upcoming show taking place in Scotland, United Kingdom on June 15, 2024. This will be the Stamford-based company’s inaugural premium live event in Scotland.
The Stamford-based promotion boasts a roster of talented Scottish superstars who have garnered a strong following throughout their careers. Drew McIntyre, Isla Dawn, Piper Niven, Nikki Cross, Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang, and Noam Dar are just a few of the notable names from Scotland, United Kingdom, who have made a significant impact in the promotion.
WWE President Nick Khan has expressed his enthusiasm for hosting the event at one of the top venues in the United Kingdom, commenting on the decision.
“We are excited to bring both Friday Night SmackDown and Clash at the Castle: Scotland to our amazing fans in Scotland at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow this June,”Nick Khan said. “The world will see that this is one of the UK’s best venues and Scottish crowds are some of the loudest, craziest and most passionate on the planet.”
WWE has also revealed that On Location’s website will soon offer Priority Pass ticket packages. This exciting opportunity will provide fans with ringside seating, pre-show hospitality featuring appearances by superstars, photo opportunities at ringside, exclusive merchandise, and other perks.
“Drew McIntyre to Headline WWE Clash at the Castle: Scotland”
WWE has plans to make Clash at the Castle: Scotland an unforgettable experience for fans. Despite Drew McIntyre’s efforts, the 2022 edition of the highly anticipated live event did not result in him winning the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
Despite the possibility of Drew winning the World Heavyweight Championship from Seth Rollins at WrestleMania XL and holding it for several months, fans could still witness The Scottish Warrior enter the show as a reigning champion at Clash at the Castle this year.
