Whisperwind Haven is a picturesque area located just outside Ragunna City in Wuthering Waves. This dynamic region is filled with various puzzles, challenges, and quests for players to tackle as they explore its expansive landscapes.
Players must assist the three Fratelli brothers, each situated in different corners of Whisperwind Haven, by completing unique challenges that help them gain strength and overcome their hurdles. Successfully finishing each Fratelli brother’s challenge rewards Rover with an Advanced Supply Chest filled with valuable items, including Astrite. Furthermore, by discovering all the challenges set by the Fratelli brothers in Rinascita, players can unlock a hidden achievement within the game.
The Three Fratellis’ Challenge Location 1 (Whisperwind Haven)
To begin, fast travel to the Egla Town Resonance Beacon in Wuthering Waves and proceed to Egla Town. You will find Fratellino near the fountain located in the town’s center. Ensure that the in-game time falls within the morning hours (6:00–18:00) to engage with the puzzle.
This initial Echo Challenge, titled Unfinished Book, requires Rover to navigate as Lottie Lost Echo and gather all pages of a book by following a glowing golden trail. Be mindful that the trail vanishes after reaching the halfway point, so players must depend on their memory to continue the correct path.
Achieving over 75% accuracy will allow you to complete the puzzle and receive the Advanced Supply Chest. If your accuracy is below 75%, don’t worry; you can retry the challenge infinitely until you meet the requirement. This challenge is generally easy, as players can use nearby water fountains as helpful landmarks to guide their way.
The Three Fratellis’ Challenge Location 2 (Whisperwind Haven)
The second challenge can be found at the cliff’s edge nearby the Polyphemos Windmills Resonance Beacon. Engage with Fratello to initiate the next challenge, which involves flying across an area.
In this challenge, the goal is to reach a designated location within a set time limit using the Flight mechanic. Players will encounter several checkpoints along their route. To succeed, link up with a Wingray that has been stationed in advance and soar toward the destination. Completing this task earns players an Advanced Supply Chest from Fratello.
The Three Fratellis’ Challenge Location 3 (Whisperwind Haven)
Following the flight challenge, players will arrive near the Silver Moon Grove Resonance Beacon. From here, venture southwest towards an open field where an NPC can be seen standing near a book monument. Interact with Fratellino to kick off the next Echo Challenge: Unfinished Book.
This puzzle closely resembles the first challenge but presents a more challenging path. As with the initial task, players must achieve over 75% accuracy to finish successfully. Upon completion, players are rewarded with an Advanced Supply Chest and 20 Astrites before heading to the final Fratelli challenge in Whisperwind Haven.
The Three Fratellis’ Challenge Location 4 (Whisperwind Haven)
The final challenge by the Fratelli brothers is situated north of the Polyphemos Windmills Resonance Beacon. Utilize the beacon to warp and proceed north towards a dilapidated building where Fratello awaits to commence the last challenge.
This concluding challenge, known as Echo Challenge: Plushie Punch, transforms players into a Cuddle Wuddle Echo, tasked with striking the Seamrock. Players must hit the designated button while the pointer is in the highlighted area to fill the progress bar; the orange segments yield more progress than the yellow ones.
Should players fail to fill the progress bar before time runs out, the challenge must be repeated. However, finishing the challenge hands Rover an Advanced Supply Chest that includes Astrite as a reward.
