The Old Man and the Whale event in Wuthering Waves features seven elusive fish that players cannot trace directly. This unique aspect encourages adventurers to explore the expansive landscapes and waters of Riccioli Island.
Riccioli Island, primarily composed of water, offers a more straightforward exploration experience, particularly with Rachel by your side. Capturing the elusive Fish No.70 – Draco Cobia will reward players with 200 Fame, 300 Abyssal Coral, 50 Old Campus, 30 Coast Flax, and 20, 000 Fishery Coins.
Location of Fish No.70 – Draco Cobia in Wuthering Waves
To acquire Fish No.70 – Draco Cobia, players first need to secure four Reyes Map Fragments scattered across Riccioli Island. The steps to find these fragments are as follows:
- Complete the Old Man and the Whale event quest in Wuthering Waves.
- Fast travel to the Port of Riccioli Dock.
- Head west from the dock.
- Speak with Toretto to start a related mission.
- Complete the Sailor’s Treasure side quest.
After completing the above steps, you will obtain the first Reyes Map Fragment. The remaining fragments can be gathered from the Common treasure chests at Crab Shrines located within Wuthering Waves.
Reyes Map Fragment Location #2
The second Reyes Map Fragment can be found on a small hill located northwest of the Port of Riccioli’s Resonance Beacon. A Common chest will appear next to the Shrine after completing previous tasks, which contains the second fragment.
Reyes Map Fragment Location #3
To find the third fragment, players should travel to Helm Village and then head southeast toward another Crab Shrine. Similar to the previous shrine, this location will require three crabs for an offering. Players can collect these from the nearby beach or rocks, then make the offering to receive the fragment.
Reyes Map Fragment Location #4
For the fourth Reyes Map Fragment, players should:
- Teleport to the Serene Bay Dock.
- Utilize the Leap Spot adjacent to the dock to reach the northwestern cliff.
- Gather three Bell Crabs from around the shrine.
- Offer the crabs at the Crab Shrine.
- Claim the spawned Common chest to obtain the final Reyes Map Fragment.

- Open your Backpack.
- Navigate to the Quest Item section.
- Scroll down to find the Mysterious Complete Treasure Map.
- Activate the map to reveal the location of Fish No.70 – Draco Cobia in Wuthering Waves.
After using the map, a Common request named Legend: Leviathan Loyalist will become available. Follow the request marker to capture the Draco Cobia and return it to any Dock on Riccioli Islands to complete the task.
