Wuthering Waves: Discover the Location of Southern Tethys’ Deep Island Chest and How to Access It

The newly introduced Black Shores region in the Wuthering Waves 1.3 update features a variety of engaging puzzles that reward players with significant amounts of Astrites and treasure chests. Among the numerous islands in this expansive area, one located in the far south of the Tethys’ Deep region presents quite a challenge to reach.

This intriguing small island conceals a Standard Supply Chest, adding towards the goal of achieving 100% exploration in the entire Black Shores region.

Wuthering Waves: How to Access the Southern Tethys’ Deep Island Chest

The island is situated in the extreme southwestern corner of the Tethys’ Deep region. To find it, look directly south from the Eidoscope sub-region on the map. Accessing this island is quite difficult, as swimming or using any character abilities for exploration won’t suffice.

If you turn to the west, there lies a robot named KU-Key located near the Beacon. Engaging with KU-Key will trigger the appearance of a portal. Step through this portal to access the Alptop Champion Unique Tacet Discord.

After passing through the portal, turn to your right to spot a large rock nestled among three corrupted red pillars. Climbing this rock will give you a better view of the island obscured by fog.

From this vantage point, you can jump off the rock and glide south towards the island. It’s vital to note that this glide will use a significant portion of your stamina, so ensure that your stamina bar is full before you begin your descent. Additionally, employing your Grapple gadget can facilitate quicker access.

Upon reaching the island, you will discover a Standard Supply Chest located right in the center.
