Achievements have played a pivotal role in the World of Warcraft universe since their debut in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. These achievements provide players with a range of objectives to pursue, from easily attainable feats like collecting a mere ten mounts to the more demanding tasks found within endgame content such as dungeons and raids.
The “Glory of”meta-achievements cater specifically to players who aim to complete every aspect of the endgame experience. By fulfilling all the associated achievements, players can unlock unique rewards, including exclusive mounts. In the current landscape of the game, Delves now feature their own meta-achievement, known as the “Glory of the Delver.”Below, we will guide you through the steps required to complete this new challenge.
Updated on February 26, 2025 by Paul Woodward: With the introduction of Season 2, significant changes have been made to the “Glory of the Delver.”Several achievements from the previous season have been removed, such as reaching Tier 8 Delves and I TAKE Candle! Players must still defeat a Delve Nemesis, but the required achievement has been altered to reflect the Season 2 nemesis, Underpin. Additionally, some achievements now have expanded requirements, like Leave No Treasure Unfound and Delve Loremaster: War Within. If you’ve already completed these, rest assured you won’t need to redo all the stories or seek out the sturdy chests in the new Season 2 Delves.
How to Complete Glory of the Delver

The “Glory of the Delver”meta-achievement consists of ten distinct achievements associated with endgame Delves. Before diving into these tasks, ensure your character is at Level 80, having unlocked at least up to Tier 8 Delves. Below is a comprehensive list of the necessary achievements and specific requirements for each.
Achievement Name |
---|
Delve Loremaster: War Within |
Leave No Treasure Unfound |
Sporesweeper |
Just Keep Swimming |
Spider Senses |
Daystormer |
My New Nemesis |
Bran Development |
Delve Loremaster: War Within

To achieve this completion, players must successfully navigate through every iteration of the War Within Delve. Note that Zekvir’s Lair is excluded due to its absence of rotating stories. Achievements for this require players to tackle delves that rotate daily, adding complexity, especially since some delves feature multiple variations.
Leave No Treasure Unfound

This achievement unlocks when you discover every Sturdy Chest across all Delves. Importantly, finding all chests in a single run isn’t necessary, and certain chests are only available in specific storylines. For instance, there’s a chest exclusive to the story “From the Weaver with Love”found within the Spiral Weave.
Sporesweeper

For this achievement, players must enter either the Fungal Folly or Mycomancer Cavern and clear it on Tier 8 without being hit by the explosion from floating spores. While it’s acceptable for a spore to follow you, standing in the explosion radius will invalidate the achievement. Your companions, including Brann and pets, will not affect the outcome.
Just Keep Swimming

This achievement is notably one of the simpler tasks to complete. Finish either the Sinkhole or Tak-Rethan Abyss on Tier 8 without depleting your air supply. Using a water breathing potion can simplify this task, though players should be aware that it may exhibit some bugs, requiring multiple attempts for successful unlock.
Spider Senses

To obtain this achievement, you must successfully clear either Earthcrawl Mines or Dread Pit on Tier 8 without summoning a Nerubian from a web or coming into contact with Nerubian Eggs. The webs can be tricky depending on the active story, making Dread Pit—specifically during the Kobold Kidnapping storyline—a preferable option. Avoid contact with Nerubian Eggs, either by not walking near them or refraining from directly attacking, and you will secure the achievement once the boss is defeated.
Daystormer

Within Nightfall Sanctum, players will encounter purple circles that expand and contract. Completing Nightfall Sanctum on Tier 8 without touching any of these circles is necessary for this challenge. Generally, avoiding these circles is manageable, with the real challenge arising from the moving circle during the final boss encounter.
My First Nemesis / My New Nemesis

This achievement is arguably the most challenging within Glory of the Delver. To complete it, you must defeat the current Delve Nemesis—Zekvir for Season 1 or Underpin in Season 2. You need only defeat this formidable opponent on normal difficulty for the achievement, but to collect all Delve-related rewards, redeeming victory on the hardest difficulty solo is recommended.
Fire Development

Achieving this requires leveling Brann to Level 25. Brann acquires XP from Delves until he reaches Level 15, after which he will only gain XP from Bountiful Delves. Continue participating in these Bountiful Delves, and eventually, Brann will attain the necessary level.
