Wolfs (2024) Post-Credit Scene: What to Expect Explained

Apple TV+ recently premiered its new film Wolfs on September 27, 2024. The movie features acclaimed actors Brad Pitt and George Clooney in leading roles, weaving a tale centered around two lone fixers who unite for a common mission.

As the plot unfolds, they become entangled with District Attorney Margaret, who fears she has accidentally killed a man named Kid.

The film’s climax portrays fixers Jack (Clooney) and Nick (Pitt) engaged in a shootout, with a promise to share personal details if they manage to survive. Moreover, the narrative hints at their continued existence beyond the credits, suggesting a potential sequel. This is further emphasized by a mid-credits scene.

The mid-credits sequence revisits the incident involving DA Margaret and Kid, revealing how things spiraled out of control during a one-night stand. Under the influence of drugs, Kid falls from the bed onto a glass table, shattering it, which leads Margaret to believe she has taken his life.

It’s at this moment that the fixers enter the scene, only to discover that the mid-credits footage is from a camera they had neglected to erase.

This footage suggests that someone plans to leverage it against both Margaret and the fixers in a potential follow-up film. Given her role as a District Attorney, Margaret’s involvement in a drug-related incident could jeopardize her career and reputation.

Similarly, the fixers risk significant trouble if their operation comes to light. The scene effectively lays the groundwork for an enticing storyline in a possible sequel to Wolfs.

What is Wolfs About? A Plot Summary

The film opens with a distressed Margaret seeking the assistance of a discreet fixer named Jack to assist her in covering up what she believes to be a murder at her hotel room. Upon Jack’s arrival, the hotel owner, Pam, brings in her own fixer, Nick, complicating matters.

As Jack and Nick dig deeper, they discover a bag of drugs at the crime scene after sending Margaret away with an alibi. Amid their deliberations and confusion, they learn that Kid is, in fact, alive. They enlist the help of a medical professional named June to care for Kid, who manages to escape briefly before they successfully apprehend him after a chase through the city.

During their interrogation, Jack and Nick uncover that Kid has been smuggling drugs for a kingpin named Lagrange. Their investigation leads them to a dubious character known as the Croatian, who reveals himself to be Dimitri, resulting in a tense shootout where they barely escape with Kid in tow.

In the film’s finale, Jack and Nick find themselves in a diner attempting to make sense of the chaotic events that have unfolded. Realizing they are not meant to resolve the situation, but rather face dire consequences, they prepare for an inevitable confrontation as gunmen approach the diner.
