Microsoft Unveils New Release Preview Build for Windows 11 Insiders
Microsoft has officially rolled out a new Release Preview build for Windows 11 Insiders, designated as version 26100.3902 under the update KB5055627. This release comes with a notable enhancement to the Windows Update service: users will now be informed about the estimated offline time required for installing updates. Alongside this, improvements have been made in Windows Search, Recall, and the Click to Do functionalities.

Users can control their snapshots and pause the saving process at any time.
- [Click to Do (preview)] Click to Do allows instant actions based on on-screen content, streamlining user tasks. This feature works effectively on Copilot+ PCs and includes intelligent text actions, facilitating quick summaries or rewrites for selected text.
- [Improved Windows Search] Enhanced search capabilities are now available on Copilot+ PCs. Users can find documents, images, and settings more efficiently than ever, thanks to semantic indexing. This feature allows searches based on user-friendly phrases rather than exact terms, and also integrates cloud photo searches.
- [Narrator] The new speech recap feature enhances accessibility, enabling users to reference previously spoken content quickly.
- [Phone Link] Improved cross-device functionality allows for making calls, sending SMS, and accessing mobile photos directly from the Start menu.
- [Widgets] Developers can now create interactive widgets from existing web content, facilitating their addition to multiple surfaces.
- [File Explorer Updates] Enhanced File Explorer now features pivot-based views for easier access to Microsoft 365 content. Various improvements have also been made to text scaling support and ZIP file extraction performance.
