Outroom
Aggorat

Upon entering Utzaal—your first stop after activating the Ziggurat portal—you may find the Heart within just a few enemy encounters. However, for others, it may take multiple battles to obtain it. Don’t hesitate to die and reset areas where the Sacrificial Heart may drop to respawn enemies and enhance your chances of acquiring the item.
