Understanding the White Jade Dumpling in WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers
Before diving into the locations, it’s important to understand the significance of the White Jade Dumpling within the game. Primarily, this item plays a crucial role in advancing certain character quests; additionally, it can fully restore your HP.
However, it is advisable to avoid consuming the Dumpling, as it is better reserved for quest-related activities. There are numerous less valuable consumables available that can assist with healing during gameplay.
Where to Find White Jade Dumplings
Here’s a closer look at where you can acquire the White Jade Dumplings and the NPC who will receive them.
Location 1: Defeating Gluttonous Monstrosity Lu Hongliu
At the onset of your journey in WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, you will encounter Qiao Lin at the Reverent Temple. He entrusts you with a Peachwood Amulet and requests that you deliver it to his mother in town.
As you progress and reach Shu Sanctum, you will find Qiao Ying, Qiao Lin’s mother, on the second floor. Present her with the Peachwood Amulet (see below), and she will reward you with a Divine Gift. During the conversation, she expresses her desire to try the White Jade Dumpling, known for its purported healing properties.

Now, your quest for the White Jade Dumpling begins. The first Dumpling is dropped by the optional boss, Gluttonous Monstrosity Lu Hongliu. This boss is located at the remote end of the villages encircling Shu Sanctum. If you’ve opened the tree shortcut on the second floor of the Sanctum, Lu Hongliu is conveniently close by.
After using the tree shortcut, head up the hill to your left, and you will notice the blood-stained stairs to your right leading to Lu Hongliu’s location. Upon defeating him and claiming the White Jade Dumpling, return to Qiao Ying on the second floor of Shu Sanctum and deliver it. In return, she will reward you with three Divination Crescents and a Faint Red Feather.
Location 2: Defeating General of the North Al Nengqi
Your quest for White Jade Dumplings doesn’t stop there. Once you reach the Cloudspire region in WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, you can seek your second Dumpling, but only after you’ve given the first to Qiao Ying and possess a Steamed Bunny Bun.
Travel to the Cloudspire Outskirts Shrine, which is located towards the end of the area. From this Shrine, turn around to see a wooden archway flanked by houses; enter the leftmost house and go upstairs to meet Qiao Ying again. She will request a Steamed Bunny Bun at this juncture. Make sure to note her location for a future visit.
To secure the second White Jade Dumpling, you must confront General of the North Al Nengqi, located near the Rebel Camp in Cloudspire. To access this boss, head to the Rebel Camp Shrine and ensure you defeat the guard nearby to obtain the Rebel Camp Key.

Once at the base of the hill, you will find Al Nengqi’s arena on the left, accessible with the Rebel Camp Key. If you’ve pursued Nian Suichang’s quest, he can also be summoned to assist you during this battle.
Defeat Al Nengqi, a manageable fight especially with Nian’s help, and claim the second White Jade Dumpling. Return to Qiao Ying at the Cloudspire Outskirts Shrine to complete her quest, at least for now!
