WWE 2K24 has quickly become a fan favorite in the franchise due to its stunningly realistic graphics and extensive selection of playable characters. Thanks to the collaboration between 2K, YouTube, UpUpDownDown, and WWE Facebook, the live gaming event from WWE World in Philadelphia will be streamed. The event, which will focus on the latest addition to the 2K franchise, is scheduled for 4 PM ET today. Six teams will compete in a tournament style, vying to be named the champions of the WWE 2K Showdown.

The tournament will showcase a blend of well-known figures and beloved Superstars from the WWE Universe. DIY’s Johnny Gargano and comedian Gabriel Iglesias will join forces, while rapper Wale will team up with Jey Uso. Bayley, winner of the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble, will rely on the support of Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson, while Zelina Vega will be accompanied by musical artist LEGIQN. The Miz and Kofi Kingston will have the backing of Barstool Sports, with Brandon Walker and Robbie Fox as their teammates.

The UpUpDownDown channel’s two stars, Xavier Woods and Tyler Breeze, will be hosting the event. Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller will also join them to provide commentary. Given these exciting details, it’s safe to say that this is an event not to be missed and will surely be a blast.
