According to their statement, “Red Velvet’s Wendy will not be appearing at SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in SEOUL for personal reasons.”The organizers expressed their sincere apologies for the changes in the lineup, urging customers to reach out to their customer service for fee-free cancellations or refunds due to this development.

Context of the Withdrawal
