“We Are Done: Jack Harlow Fan Page Announces Closure with a Funny Farewell Message”

An Instagram fan account dedicated to Jack Harlow has humorously bid farewell to its followers. The page @jackharlowdaily announced its decision to cease support for the rapper on October 13, 2024.

The message was crafted in a style similar to traditional social media apologies, mentioning the account’s long absence spanning 1.5 years. While the administrators expressed their affection for the community formed over time, they stated that continuing to run the account was no longer possible “in good faith.”

Initially created as a means of coping with their mental health struggles, the admins shared that their outlook had improved significantly, leading them to the realization that they “no longer desire a romantic relationship with this man.”

“We can no longer in good faith run this page. When we started this account, we were at an all-time low (ATL) in our mental health, causing us to find Jack Harlow quite appealing. However, as our mental health has progressed, we’ve recognized we no longer have those feelings,”the post stated.

The farewell post wrapped up with the admins hoping to provide closure to their followers, apologizing for any disruption, and requesting privacy moving forward.

Launched on October 25, 2021, the Jack Harlow fan account attracted 990 followers and shared a total of 37 posts.

Jack Harlow to Perform Two Hometown Shows for Thanksgiving

Jack Harlow will take the stage with the Louisville Orchestra for a pair of performances titled ‘No Place Like Home 2024’ on November 28 and 29. The Louisville native shared the news on social media on October 10, announcing the shows would be held at The Kentucky Center.

As reported by UpRoxx, the orchestra’s music director Teddy Adams praised Harlow, calling him a “Louisville legend.”

“Jack Harlow is an icon and has firmly established himself as a Louisville legend. We’ve collaborated to create a unique and special set that showcases Jack’s comprehensive artistry. His meticulous attention to orchestration and composition is truly remarkable. I am excited to develop this program with Jack for our community, and I eagerly anticipate Louisville hearing what we’ve created together!”

Before this, the Grammy-nominated artist is set to headline a special concert for Citi Card members at Live Nation’s Brooklyn Paramount Theatre on October 17. Besides his music career, Harlow is also venturing into acting, appearing in the Apple TV+ film The Instigators for his second role.

Jack Harlow, who made his acting debut in the 2023 remake of White Men Can’t Jump, recently shared that the acting process turned out to be more challenging than he anticipated. In an interview with Variety during the premiere of The Instigators in August 2024, he reflected on the criticism he faced:

“The feedback was harsh. I realized I have a lot of work ahead if I truly wish to pursue this. It’s hard and more difficult than I imagined. You either commit to it or you don’t. It felt like ‘White Boys’ was an opportunity you take, and you learn from the outcome. It’s fascinating how the best actors know how to relinquish control; there’s only so much you can manage.”

The Instigators features longtime friends Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, telling the tale of two robbers evading law enforcement. Jack Harlow plays Scalvo, who orchestrates the heist by bringing the characters of Affleck and Damon together. The film launched on Apple TV+ on August 9.
