Despite Superbon being forced off the card due to injury, ‘Smokin’ Jo Nattawut stepped in as a replacement – a dynamic knockout specialist determined to reclaim victory after losing to Chingiz Allazov and Jamal Yusupov in his previous two fights.

Despite being aware that facing Nattawut in a fight would be a challenging task, Tawanchai remained self-assured as he had recently achieved five consecutive victories leading up to the major kickboxing match.

Nattawut immediately took the offensive against Tawanchai as soon as the opening bell rang. In return, the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion, Tawanchai, eagerly matched Nattawut’s aggression, providing the spectators at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium with an impressive showcase of striking techniques.

After all was said and done, the 24-year-old emerged victorious with a unanimous decision, raising his hand in victory.

Tawanchai and Jo Nattawut to Face Off in Highly Anticipated Rematch

The ONE Championship organizers were captivated by the energy and excitement of the Tawanchai and Nattawut fight, and have decided to hold a rematch on June 7 at ONE 167, which will take place at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nattawut is convinced that if he had the opportunity to have a complete training camp, he would have defeated Tawanchai in their first encounter.

With only 167 months left until the event, Nattawut will have a chance to demonstrate the truth of his statements, especially considering that Tawanchai’s ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship will be at stake.
