Before anything else, ONE Championship is reflecting on Nong-O’s initial ONE world title defense against Japanese standout Hiroaki Suzuki at ONE: Warriors of Late in 2019.

Despite facing two consecutive losses, Nong-O had previously been on a 10-fight winning streak inside the Circle. He had defeated several notable opponents such as Saemapetch Fairtex, Rodlek, Felipe Lobo, and Liam Harrison.
