Windows 11 build 25174.1010 (KB5017214) has been released to test the servicing pipeline

Microsoft has released update for Windows 11 Build 25174, which was released to Windows Insiders yesterday. It ships as update cumulative build 25174.1010 (KB5017214) and contains nothing new, as it is intended to test the servicing pipeline.

The full announcement says:

We are starting to roll out cumulative update build 25174.1010 (KB5017214). This update contains nothing new and is intended to test our Dev Channel build maintenance pipeline.

Therefore, all bug fixes and improvements that were announced in the previously released Dev Channel Build 25174 have been moved to it.

Interestingly, while no new changes have been made to this build, maintenance of test builds like these before has been known to break some functionality. For example, in a previous version of Windows, specifically Windows 10 Build 21292.1010, this caused issues with x64 emulation on ARM PCs.
