Recap of Events in The Legend of Vox Machina Season 3

In the premiere episode, Raishan confronts the members of Vox Machina, expressing her desire to take down Thordak, citing a personal betrayal. She reveals that Thordak intends to summon new dragons to dominate the realm.

Vax investigates Thordak’s lair and verifies Raishan’s claims. Subsequently, the team sets off to find a powerful plate located in Ank’Harel that they believe will aid them against Thordak, with Gilmore coming to their assistance.

However, complications arise as they encounter Anna Ripley in Ank’Harel, who manages to escape with the plate. Later, they learn from J’mon Sa Ord, the ruler of Ank’Harel, that Ripley possesses a counterfeit, while the real plate is hidden away in the Hells of Despa.

As episode 3 unfolds, the quest to secure the original plate continues, but they face betrayal from Dohla, who harbors resentment towards Kima and Allura. The episode culminates with the sudden arrival of Vorugal, who kills Dohla and ensnares Allura, Vex, and Percy in a mountain.
