At this early stage, your skills are limited, though I suggest utilizing the Lightning Strike ability from the Brujah, which can deal significant damage. Alternatively, the Lasombra’s Shadow Step ability allows you to sneak behind Benny for strategic advantage.
During the fight, remember that you can feed on Benny each time you deplete one of his health bars, which could provide a crucial advantage in combat. Once you’ve defeated Benny, the storyline shifts as Katsumi requests that you relinquish him to the Anarchs.
Consequences of Handing Benny to Katsumi
Choosing to hand Benny over to Katsumi may seem risky, especially since the Anarchs were previously treated as antagonists. However, Katsumi’s position as a leader opens opportunities for collaboration.
Should you opt for this route, Katsumi will express her gratitude and hint at visiting the Hole in the Wall later on. Subsequently, you will return to Ryong at Weaver Tower, where she may be displeased with your decision but will still promote you to the position of sheriff of the Court, enhancing your standing with the Anarchs as well.
Consequences of Surrendering Benny to The Court
On the other hand, if you decide to refuse Katsumi and choose Ryong, you’ll be able to leave unhindered and return to Weaver Tower. In this scenario, Benny will not appear again during your adventure, but your standing with Ryong will improve, and you will still be appointed as sheriff of the Court.
In both situations, you ultimately achieve the role of sheriff; however, your choice affects your relationships with the Anarchs and The Court. This decision is crucial as it influences future gameplay events, particularly how Katsumi’s character evolves as you navigate subsequent story developments, including major decisions like finding Willem.
