The US Navy Exchange (NEX) has made headlines by offering high-performance GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards at their manufacturer suggested retail prices (MSRPs).However, access to these deals is limited to active and retired US Navy personnel and their families.

Currently, the NEX is a standout in the gaming hardware market, providing significant savings on the coveted GeForce RTX 50 GPUs. Notably, a Reddit user recently purchased a GeForce RTX 5090 for a remarkable price of just $1900. This card typically retails for around $1999, but with credit card discounts and store rewards, he secured an extra $100 off the price tag.

Finding such a deal is becoming increasingly rare, especially considering that the GeForce RTX 5090 generally sells for upwards of $2700 in the wider market. The user reported that the NEX also stocked several RTX 5070 and RTX 5080 models, priced at $549 and $999 respectively. However, the lone RTX 5090 was swiftly claimed by the user, who boasts a Founder’s Edition installed within his Lian Li O11 D XL chassis.

The NEX serves as a tax-exempt retail outlet specifically for active and retired military personnel, offering a variety of products at reduced prices compared to traditional retailers.
