Recently, well-known leaker Evan Blass has begun sharing intriguing glimpses of the Pixel Watch 4 through promotional images on X, hinting at a variety of features and improvements that the latest device will offer.
Key Features and Specifications
The Google Pixel Watch 4 is expected to integrate the new Gemini assistant, distinguishing it as the default voice assistant for future functionalities. The smartwatch will reportedly be available in two sizes: 45mm and 41mm, mirroring its predecessor.
Both versions are anticipated to showcase Google’s cutting-edge Actua 360 display, capable of reaching an impressive peak brightness of 3, 000 nits. This feature is designed to enhance visibility outdoors, even under direct sunlight. While the exact battery capacity has not been disclosed, early reports suggest that the 41mm model may deliver up to 30 hours of battery life, while the larger 45mm variant could last up to 40 hours with the always-on display feature activated.
Charging efficiency sees a significant enhancement as well, with a reported 25% faster capability using the new Quick Charge Dock. Moreover, the Pixel Watch 4 is set to support over 40 exercise modes, and will include health monitoring features such as ECG, SpO2 levels, breathing rate assessment, heart rate variability tracking, and dual-frequency GPS, along with a pulse detection feature.
As an added incentive, purchasing the LTE model will come with two years of complimentary LTE data through Google Fi Wireless service.
