To unlock more characters, you will need at least one Prototype Analyzer. There are primarily two methods to earn these invaluable items within BlazBlue Entropy Effect.
The first and easiest way is to progress through the game and successfully complete your Training Objectives. Completing these objectives often rewards you with Prototype Analyzers, and you don’t need to defeat any bosses; simply finishing the objectives will suffice!
