Locating Iris in Hades 2
Mount Olympus is the newest region introduced in Hades 2 through the free expansion of The Olympic Update. This is the exclusive location for finding Iris. To access Mount Olympus, follow these steps:
- First, make sure you have installed The Olympic Update for Hades 2.
- Proceed to the Surface.
- Conquer the City of Ephyra by defeating The Cyclops Polyphemus (final boss).
- Complete the Rift of Thessaly region by taking down Eris (final boss).
After defeating Eris, you’ll gain access to the Mount Olympus region, which is filled with numerous chambers hosting a range of formidable enemies. Additionally, you can expect to uncover at least one or two Iris flowers in each run through these chambers.
However, there isn’t a specific chamber where Iris flowers can be consistently located. You’ll need to thoroughly explore all chambers. Using the incantation called Observance of Gaia’s Secret can improve your chances of finding these flowers.
Once you’ve obtained Iris in Hades 2, you can use it for the following incantations with the cauldron:
1) Favored of All Keepsakes
- Benefit: Allows you to select a Keepsake that is automatically equipped in training zones.
- Required items: 2x Iris, 1x Ambrosia, 2x Shaderot
2) Frozen Lifespring
- Benefit: Occasionally spawns a Fountain Chamber in the newly added region.
- Required items: 3x Iris, 3x Adamant
It’s worth mentioning that Mount Olympus represents the concluding region in Hades 2 following the recent update, with Prometheus, the Titan of Foresight, acting as the final boss.
