Heartopia is an enchanting game centered on fostering connections among players. Events play a pivotal role in this experience, functioning as short minigames that offer valuable rewards, including rare materials, gacha pods, hobby enhancements, and a significant number of coins. Notably, the participation in Events is influenced by your Developer’s Guild level and, in some cases, the hobbies you have unlocked.
Unlocking All Events in Heartopia

At the onset, all Events within Heartopia are locked. Access to these engaging activities begins at Developer’s Guild Level 7, which introduces players to town-wide minigames and grants access to their first three Events.
Upon reaching Level 7, players unlock three distinct Events: Sea Fishing, the Bubble Machine Challenge, and the Yellow Duck Jump Puzzle. These Events are available to all players at this level regardless of their hobbies.
Advancing to Level 8 introduces two additional Events, contingent on having the required hobbies. At this level, players gain access to Bait the Insects and Nest of Hundreds, which are linked to the Insect Catching and Bird Watching hobbies, respectively.
Players usually initiate Events, with the first attempt each week costing 2, 000 gold. Subsequent attempts for the same Event within the same week will see costs increase to 3, 000 gold, making it economically wiser to join events hosted by others. Furthermore, an NPC will host a complimentary Town Event once a day during a designated 30-minute window, allowing players to participate without any fee.
To make the most of these opportunities, players should check the map daily for upcoming free Event times. By tapping on an Event icon, players can view when an NPC will host the next session.
