New allegations suggest that Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, allegedly spiked the drinks of his victims with horse tranquilizers prior to purportedly assaulting them. On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference announcing that he represents 120 new victims, including minors, stating:
“Several of the individuals (I represent) were drug tested and drugs were found in their system. Weird drugs, drugs that you probably never heard of.”
Buzbee indicated that xylazine, a horse tranquilizer, frequently emerged during their investigations.
According to the Mayo Clinic, xylazine, often referred to as “tranq,”is a sedative used on animals during surgery or to relieve pain. It has been reported as illegally sold as a recreational drug in recent years.
Individuals may unwittingly ingest it when it is combined with opioids, heroin, or fentanyl. The healthcare provider explains that tranq can significantly slow breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure, leading to dangerously low levels, and an overdose may result in coma or death.
Tony Buzbee claimed that the youngest of Diddy’s victims was a 9-year-old boy
Buzbee alleged that the abuse incidents date back to 1991, with some occurring as recently as 2024. He recounted an alleged encounter involving a 20-year-old victim who was invited to one of Diddy’s hotel parties.
“She was flattered, went to the party (and) was given one drink and doesn’t remember anything else,”stated the lawyer.
Upon visiting the hospital, it was reported that cocaine and xylazine were discovered in her bloodstream.
During the press conference, the Houston attorney asserted that of the 120 victims, 25 were minors, with the youngest being a 9-year-old boy. Diddy allegedly promised the boy and his parents a record deal and took him to an audition in New York City, where he was sexually abused.
Buzbee further alleged that there may be additional minors who have not yet been included in the lawsuits. The attorney also stated that alongside Diddy, they intend to “uncover the enablers who facilitated this conduct behind closed doors,”emphasizing their commitment to “ensure accuracy”before naming anyone.
Diddy’s legal issues began last November when his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him of rape and abuse. Although Ventura’s lawsuit was settled within a day, numerous others came forward with their own lawsuits, leading to a federal investigation. At that time, Combs denied all allegations.
In May 2024, CNN released surveillance footage from 2016 that reportedly depicted the rapper kicking and dragging Ventura across a Los Angeles hotel lobby, which aligned with the claims made in her lawsuit. This led the music mogul to issue an apology video on Instagram, which has since been deleted.
In September 2024, federal authorities arrested Diddy, charging him with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. According to his unsealed indictment, Diddy is accused of leading a “criminal enterprise”that allegedly “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others”to participate in sexual activities at his “freak off”parties.
Moreover, it is alleged that he drugged the women to keep them “obedient and compliant,”resorting to intimidation and threats of violence.
As part of the investigation, law enforcement conducted raids on Diddy’s residences in Miami and Los Angeles, seizing AR-15 firearms, large-capacity magazines, and over 1000 bottles of baby oil.
A representative from Diddy’s legal team, Erica Wolff, denied the allegations. In a statement to Page Six, she remarked:
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
Wolff labeled the claims as “false and defamatory,”asserting that they would demonstrate her client’s innocence.
Since his arrest, Diddy has been denied bail on two occasions. If convicted, he faces a potential sentence of fifteen years to life imprisonment.
