The Boundary of Deduction quest in Wuthering Waves is a straightforward mission located in the Black Shores region. In this quest, you are required to assist KU-Repair in restoring two rooms to their original state: one being the Mysterious Room and the other a standard room within the Error Cell in Tethys’ Deep.
This puzzle is relatively easy; however, some players may find it challenging due to the limited hints provided throughout the quest. Upon successful completion, you will be rewarded with 40 Astrites, two Advanced Supply Chests, and a new trophy.

To begin the quest, teleport to the Error Cell area by using the Resonance Beacon. Once you arrive, turn right to access the building. Ascend the stairs on the right and continue forward, staying close to the wall, until you find KU-Repair next to a door. Speak to it to initiate the Boundary of Deduction quest.
Enter the Room and Inspect the Info Tablet
Once inside the room, interact with the info tablet located on the table to receive a hint about your next actions.
Enter the Portal and Restore Both Rooms to the Same State
After inspecting the info tablet, a portal will appear on the opposite side of the room. Entering this portal will transport you to the Mysterious Room, which mirrors the room in the Error Cell.
Defeat the enemies in the area before reverting the screens to their original state. Completing this task will restore both rooms, rewarding you with two Advanced Supply Chests for your efforts.
Proceed to the Backup Analysis Room and Talk to the Person Outside
Next, use the portal to access the Backup Analysis Room and converse with Lester. This final interaction will conclude the Boundary of Deduction quest and you will receive 40 Astrites as a reward.
