If you’re a fan of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, you likely recognize the Colosseum as the ultimate challenge within the game. The true test emerges in the Master Cup, where players must win a grueling final ten matches that can be daunting for even the most seasoned players.

In Digimon Story: Time Stranger, the arena returns as the Paradise Colosseum, where players will eventually unlock the competition known as The Greatest OMNI Carnival. This event introduces a fresh layer of complexity to battles, requiring meticulous strategy as you vie for victory.

This comprehensive guide will cover every encounter, detailing opponents’ attributes, weaknesses, and strategic tips to help you assemble an unbeatable lineup from your Digimon roster. Once you’re prepared, it’s time to dive into the glory of the Paradise Colosseum and bring home that coveted trophy!

Searching for Nanimon

The initial battle, called “Searching for Nanimon, ”may seem easy due to facing a Botamon, but do not be fooled. While its strength is limited, its healing ability through X-Heal complicates the fight. Additionally, Digitamamon possesses X-Revive, creating a frustrating cycle of support. Aim to eliminate both simultaneously to prevent any healing aids, or consider using Injury to hinder their recovery options.

King of Big Bad Bugs

In this matchup, I brought one Vaccine and two Data Digimon equipped with fire-based attacks, concentrating on eliminating FunBeemon first. Subsequent attacks made quick work of Snimon and Tentomon. Although they utilize some buffs, their healing capabilities are minimal, rendering them vulnerable to focused fire on their weak points, resulting in a swift victory.

Monzaemon and Friends

This encounter features Monzaemon alongside its companions—a clever nod to whimsical tales. SaberLeomon poses a direct threat with potential immobilization, thus ensuring to heal your Digimon as required. Unimon can heal its allies using Aura, but it’s Monzaemon’s primary skill, Heart’s Attack, that proves most troublesome due to its healing potential. Prioritize taking down Monzaemon first, then Unimon, followed by the last enemy.

Lucky Number 100!

Your next challenge is against SkullMeramon alone. Although it may seem like a straightforward match, neglecting his strength can lead to defeat. At the halfway mark, he will unleash Triple Action, followed by multiple Heavy Metal Fire attacks, inflicting area damage and potentially inducing poison. If equipped with a team of Virus Digimon, you should navigate this match safely. Maintain vigilance, merely focusing on attacks and healing your team as warranted.

Trustworthy Truth-Tellers

Your opponents mirror your own team’s attributes, comprising one of each kind. Thus, you can reciprocate by having your Digimon target their natural predators or concentrating fire on a single adversary. Start by targeting Lillymon, as her healing capabilities through Aura allow her to bolster her allies. Afterward, I took on Whamon due to its sleep-inducing moves.

Circus in the Red: No Misreckoning

Facing three Mega Digimon might induce fear, but don’t underestimate your odds. Armed with two Data Digimons and one Vaccine, I opted to take out Piedmon first, followed by the others. These opponents exhibit lower HP compared to earlier foes, so utilize their weaknesses and healing tactics as normal.

The Royal Flush

A troublesome matchup it is, with three Virus opponents leading to your need for Vaccine Digimon and, perhaps, some fresheners. All Sukamon share a weakness to Water and Ice; however, PlatinumSukamon possesses significantly higher DEF, making it the prime target. If you’ve handled previous encounters successfully, you will likely find this battle manageable. Opting for intelligent Vaccine Digimon with strong offensive capabilities can expedite victory against the Platinum adversary.

Covert Honey Corps: Royal Commandos

Your task involves defeating these three TigerVespamon that favor physical attacks, occasionally lowering your team’s DEF. The main concern arises when any of them dip below 50% HP, prompting all three to invoke Double Action. A full Vaccine team will enable you to handle this encounter effectively, but avoid being inundated by their consecutive strikes.

Imperialdramon: Paladin Mode

Reward: Omni Blade

As suggested by the name, your opponent is Imperialdramon PM, a Vaccine type requiring you to deploy powerful Data Digimon. His omnipotent Omni Blade inflicts substantial damage—enough to take down even your Vaccine Digimon in a single strike, especially following a Guard Break. Ultimately, bring your A-game with Data Digimon and, once he’s down to 75% HP, prepare for a Triple Action frenzy.

Maintain your HP, retaliate using Dark skills, and you’ll eventually acquire the Omni Blade; necessary for evolving your own Imperialdramon PM. At this stage, should you have participated in the OMNI Carnival from the outset, this marks the final challenge available to you until progressing the narrative further or completing additional side missions.

The True Twentiest

Requirement: Complete The Easy Road Is Best side mission

Upon finishing The Easy Road Is Best side mission, you will encounter Grademon in a challenge at the Paradise Colosseum. Due to his Vaccine attribute, pack your Data Digimon for this fight. Grademon begins with a Double Action attack and adopts an aggressive stance. Keeping your Digimon’s HP high while capitalizing on Grademon’s vulnerability will lead to a decisive win.

Gatekeepers of Fire & Ice

Requirement: Complete Fire and Ice at War main mission

Upon completing the Heat and Chill Cosmic main mission, a new challenger emerges within the Paradise Colosseum. Engage right away to enlist the help of Apollomon and Dianamon for this battle. Sorcermon and Wizardmon deal heavy damage, making a composition of Data Digimon effective initially, targeting Sorcermon first before switching to Virus types to defeat Wizardmon. Leverage ally strength while avoiding unfavorable matchups to mitigate one-hit KO risks.

Hey, Kid! You Here for a Fight?!

Requirement: Complete The Mad Oracle main mission

Fighting against Titamon is a familiar encounter, especially since he’s a Virus Digimon requiring a Vaccine-focused strategy. Despite having no elemental weaknesses, he’s still manageable. Midway through, you’ll see him split into the two In-Training Digimon: Tsunomon and Dorimon. While lacking Attributes, they still possess elemental vulnerabilities. Careful consideration of your team composition remains key, especially when Tsunomon summons Chronomon’s wrath with its Earth-type attacks.

Lucemon ⅔

Requirement: Complete A Gift from the Hosts side mission

Following the A Gift from the Hosts mission, the opportunity arises for new challenges in the Paradise Colosseum, though tougher than before. Prepare for battles against Seraphimon and Ophanimon—both potent Vaccine Digimon wielding powerful Light skills. They hit hard but typically attack only once per round. Timing is prudent: Seraphimon can heal Ophanimon when nearly defeated, forcing you to reduce her HP twice.

Golchidrarin

Requirement: Complete A Gift from the Hosts side mission

Once again, players will confront two Holy Vaccine entities. Goldramon is especially weak against Dark, allowing you to leverage skills effectively for a decisive win. Chirinmon is also vulnerable, permitting the same team setup as in the prior encounter, making the fight relatively straightforward.

The Guardian’s Guardians

Requirement: Complete A Gift from the Hosts side mission

In yet another challenge echoing a divine theme, you’ll battle against multiple Vaccine Digimon that call for careful selection from your team. While utilizing the same team composition as your previous bout, you must remain mindful of collective special skills that inflict area-wide Light damage. An optimal strategy would be to employ Digimon whose resistance lies against Light, ensuring victory for your team.

Terrier Twins and Their Teacher

Requirement: Complete all previous bouts

The encounter pits two Vaccine against one Data Digimon. I opted for a strategy deploying two Data Digimon alongside one Vaccine, targeting Lopmon first. While both Rookies exhibit impressive offensive potential, Cherubimon poses a larger threat, thus warranting a strategic focus on the latter once the Rookies are defeated.

Master & Pupil Trio

Requirement: Start The Helper from Shambala and The Forgetful Helpers side missions

As you approach the endgame, a flurry of new side missions arise, starting with The Helper from Shambala. Following this, you’ll need to engage with Kotemon in Paradise Colosseum to trigger the match. Facing this trio, I deployed a combination of two Vaccine with one Virus. Although their elemental weaknesses differ, this battle emphasizes the significance of efficient targeting and knowledge of moves used by each warrior.

Hero from Shambala

Requirement: Complete The Forgetful Helpers and accept Susanomon the Hero

Susanomon represents a considerable challenge, proving to be the most formidable adversary you’ve encountered thus far in the arena. Prepare for a tough duel, as he has the capability to one-shot KO even a high-level Digimon. Given that he fights alone, expect him to ultimately execute Triple Action, meaning that solid Data Digimon should lead the charge in tanking attacks while your strategy adapts accordingly to maintain your HP.

Golden Intruders

Requirement: Accept Final Battle Challenger side mission

This battle involves one Vaccine and one Virus adversary, presenting a clear opportunity for victory providing you come equipped with a competent Mega or Mega+ level team. The enemies primarily engage with offensive capabilities, so ensure to maximize elemental advantages as you dismantle in their weaknesses.

Mighty Mad Man

Requirement: Complete Yaro-Kei Ramen and accept A Stubborn Fighter?

This bout, initiated by speaking with Gankoomon, proves relatively unchallenging. Though he lands multiple hits, he lacks substantial offensive skills, allowing you to exploit weaknesses through a Virus Digimon strategy, swiftly leading to victory.

Solo Beauty

Requirement: Complete The Beautiful Knight Corps and accept A Display of Beautiful Swordplay

After locating LordKnightmon, he will issue an invitation to a Colosseum match. Much like his rival Gankoomon, LordKnightmon is disappointingly weak. He refrains from employing strategies such as Double or Triple Actions, making this encounter another straightforward victory—simply unleash your fiercest Vaccine attacks before sealing the win.

Kings of Pharaohmon
